We’re expanding our reach! The Summer Camp is looking for new community and educational partners in New York and Massachusetts to help us provide life-changing summers to girls who need them most.
For 40 years, we’ve provided girls from low-income households and foster homes with a completely free residential camp experience in Readfield, Maine. Our goal is to provide 300 girls each summer with a safe and fun space to build confidence, master new skills, and simply enjoy the magic of being a kid.
How it works: We rely on schools, social service agencies, and community groups to identify girls (ages 7–14) in their communities who would love to attend summer camp, but don't have the means to otherwise. The Summer Camp eliminates all barriers, providing all necessary gear and transportation to and from camp.
