From Portland I-295

  1. While traveling North on I-295 from Portland, take exit 49 at Gardiner.
  2. Take a right off the highway and continue on Route 201.
  3. After a couple of miles, you will see a CITGO Station on your left.
  4. Follow the road downhill to a set of stop lights.
  5. Go straight through these lights onto Route 9 & 126.
  6. Continue with the common directions below.

From Maine Turnpike I-95

  1. While traveling on the Maine Turnpike I-95, take exit 102 at Gardiner.
  2. Take a left off 95 and follow Route 9 & 126 East.
  3. Cross over little green bridge and bear left.
  4. Drive ¾ mile to traffic light and take a left.
  5. Continue with the common directions below.

Common Directions

  1. You will see a McDonald’s on your left, get into the right lane to go over the bridge, crossing the Kennebec River.
  2. Come to a traffic light at the end of the bridge, take a right.
  3. Go 1/10th of a mile and take a left onto Route 226.
  4. Go approximately 4 1/2 miles to Route 17.
  5. At Route 17 take a right and you will stay on this road for approximately 16 miles.
  6. On your way you will cross Routes 218, 206 and then you will come to Route 220.
  7. Before Route 220 you will see Vique’s Auto Shop on right, take the next left which is Route 220, where there is a general store named Cramer's Pit Stop.
  8. Follow 220, you will pass the Prescott Elementary School on right, pass Jim's Market on your left.
  9. Route 220 makes a big left curve, continue ¾ mile.
  10. You will see the first Camp Medomak sign on your left, continue driving on Route 220, past another Camp Medomak sign, we are the third one.
  11. There is a wooden sign that says “THE SUMMER CAMP”  where you should see two tennis courts.
